Cerimar Gold are packed in convenient, stay fresh, one-a-day daypacks. Each daypack contains two Omega-3 capsules with Vitamin E, one tablet of Vitamin C & bioflavonoids and one capsules of garlic.

Dosage:
One daypack a day together with a meal. Swallow the capsules/tablets with water. The dosage may be increase according to induvudual needs.
