Returns and replacements
To make complaints about an error or defect, please correct the complaint to us. Complaints are processed under the rules of consumer purchasing, in the same way as the complaints about the purchase of goods in a store. Complaints must be reported to us as soon as possible. We suggest you to submit a written complaint in order to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings.
30 day money back guarantee
Our 30 day money back guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the product to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. If unopened, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note that we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within fourteen working days counting from of the day the item is delivered to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the items normal postage charge. The right to withdraw from the purchase is lost if the item can not be delivered back in virtually the same condition and quantaty, and this is due to negligence or lack of care from the consumer side. Any eventually return shipment must be paid by you.
