Bio-Melatonin Complex is a nutritional supplement containing 0.1 milligrams of the active substance melatonin. Melatonin plays an important role in controlling your body's circadian rythm, and is effective if you are suffering from jet lag. Melatonin should always be taken just before bedtime.
