We strive to give our cutomers as correct information about our products as possible. We do, however, take precautions that misspelling, incorrectly prices and other wrong information in our website may occur.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel all or part of your order, if the product is temporarily out of stock. In sold-out situations you will be notified together with information about what we can offer instead. You will have the opportunity to accept our new offer with the modifications we provide in relation to your order, or cancel the order.

Conditions of purchase, together with your confirmation of purchase, adds up as the total deal of your purchase. You have to be 18 years of age or more to place an order at Caredirect.

The total price of purchased goods may be payed by Visa/Mastercard or by Invoice (Only for our Scandiavian customers)

Caredirect uses Dibs to gurantee the security of your payment. The interface for the entry of the payment comes from Dibs and carries out all requirements to safe internet shopping (PCI). This is a concept initiated by banks, creditcard companies, and BBS. Shopping on the Internet is both easier and safer for all users of VISA and MasterCard.

Invoice (For Scandinavian customers only)
Invoice means you as a customer will receive an invoice with the shipment of goods. If you choose invoice as the method of payment, we reserve the right to check your creditscore

Invoice with subscription (For Scandinavian customers only)
Invoice with subscription indicates you as a customer will be shipped the chosen products regularly. Usually once a month, but this depends on how long the content of the product is intended for. The invoice will be received with each shipment. If you choose invoice with subscription as the method of payment, we reserve the right to check your creditscore.
