Caredirect introduces "Customer Promise"

Caredirect is a European webshop and our goal is to offer the best selection of health and lifestyle products. This means that we gradually and carefully expand the product range with good products from all parts of Europe. However, nothing is more important to us than security, safety and a good health!

The intention is to illustrate the fact that we work continously towards our goal to generate the best cutomer experience of any health care shop in Europe. The interface for entering the payment comes from Dibs and handles all security requirements (PCI). This is a concept initiated by banks, credit card companies and BBS.
